Where do we ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.

How long will it take to get my order?
We use economy shipping, which typically takes 5–8 business days. If you’ve ordered a personalized item, please allow a couple of extra days for us to make it just right before it ships out.

How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is just $4.99. For heavy or bulky items, the shipping cost is $11.99 to cover the extra handling and weight.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free shipping is automatically applied to orders over $150—no code needed.

What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

How do I start a return?
Just email us at contact@adgmarketplace.com. We’ll send return instructions and a prepaid shipping label if your return is approved.

What items can’t be returned?
We can’t accept returns on personalized items (unless we made an error), sale items, gift cards, or hazardous materials.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us right away so we can make it right.

Can I exchange an item?
The quickest way is to return your item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

When will I get my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

How and where are the products made?

Our products are primarily manufactured and fulfilled within the United States with one or two exceptions. If you have a question regarding a specific product that you would like to order, please reach out to us at contact@adgmarketplace.com

Can i make changes to a product I have already ordered?

Changes can be requested until midnight (US EST) on the day the order is made by reaching out to contact@adgmarketplace.com. Please make sure to include your email and cell phone number when requesting changes. We will make every attempt to get back to you within 24 hours.
